The MARINCO black 12V trolling plug (male) is designed for use with 4-wire trolling and charging systems. It allows you to easily switch between trolling and charging without the need for a separate switch.
Install the receptacle on your boat, attach the black plug to your trolling motor, and connect the red plug to your battery charger leads. To operate, simply plug in the black connector for trolling or the red connector for charging.
